Both sent and received messages count toward your data pool (outbound messages cost roughly 6 to 8 cents and inbound replies cost roughly 5 to 7 cents). A standard SMS is up to 160 characters; if a message runs longer, the network infrastructure breaks it into standard segments, drawing down just a few extra cents.

Signal Flow automatically guides your leads to a secure onboarding form to capture their job details properly, it is highly unlikely they will need to text you images directly. However, if a client does reply to the automation with a direct photo text, Australian carriers do charge a flat 35¢ MMS fee which simply draws from your standard credit pool.

The system can only send automated text messages to valid mobile numbers. No, not at all. All of our modules are strictly month-to-month. We keep our clients because our system makes them money, not because a contract forces them to stay. You can cancel or pause a module at any time directly through your dashboard.

Absolutely! You can add or scale up your modules whenever you like. To keep your bookkeeping clean, you are only ever billed once a month. If you decide to add a new module halfway through your billing cycle, your account will instantly update and the change will simply be calculated on a fair, pro-rata basis for the remaining days of that month.

It is incredibly easy. You can bulk-upload your existing contact list straight into the system or apply a specific contact tag (like "Supplier" or "Family") to any number.
